The Property and Tenant Manager (Service) is provided by Techwiser Solutions Ltd, a software development company powering the Nextsheltr system, Company Number 15479687 (us, we) to you use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and understand your obligations under these Terms & Conditions.
3. Registration and Account Integrity
• During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
• You must not register using another person’s identity, trademarks, or any vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate information.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.
• User licences issued to an organisation may not be shared.
• If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, notify us immediately.
• We will never ask you to confirm your password or sensitive information via email.
4. Pricing, Plans and Features
• Current pricing and plans are displayed on our website.
• We may change pricing, plans, or features at any time without prior notice.
5. Payments and Credit Control
• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, unless stated otherwise.
• Upgrading from a free/trial plan triggers immediate billing for the selected plan.
• Annual plans (if offered) are billed in full at each anniversary.
• A valid payment card must always remain linked to your account.
• Declined payments may lead to immediate suspension of the Service.
6. Cancellation
• You may cancel your account at any time through the cancellation option within the Service.
• No refunds are issued for unused days in monthly plans.
• Annual plans may be refunded only for complete unused months.
7. Upgrading or Downgrading Accounts
• You may upgrade or downgrade at any time.
• When downgrading, you are responsible for backing up your data and acknowledging any potential data loss.
• Monthly plans:
o No refunds for early downgrades; new pricing applies on the next billing date.
• Annual plans:
o Partial refunds apply only to complete unused months.
• Upgrades to annual plans are charged immediately for the difference.
8. Trial and Promotional Periods
• Trial periods are offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn without notice.
• Only one person may use a trial account.
• These Terms & Conditions fully apply to trial accounts.
9. Technical Support
• Support is provided via email or other methods we choose.
• Full support may not be available to free or trial users.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
• Harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others.
• Upload unlawful, obscene, defamatory, racist, or inappropriate content.
• Mislead users by impersonation or false representation.
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to hack, overload, or impair the Service.
• Scrape or harvest data without consent.
• Send spam, junk mail, pyramid schemes, or chain letters.
• Use bots, spiders, or automated tools to access the Service.
We may remove content and suspend/terminate accounts violating these rules.
